Is it possible that we all hope for the same things for our children? We want them to be kind, capable, collaborative and curious. As a homeschool father of two young boys of 10 and 13. I don’t want my children to spend a thousand hours each year sitting in rows and laboring through worksheets to “earn” a grade. I think learning should be reimagined. Personalized homeschooling in the morning and extra curriculum learning in small classes in the afternoon with the passionate work of the educators at Myrtle is for my kids an ideal combination. I am grateful to Myrtle for helping my boys on their path to stay lifelong learners.
I had been looking for an online kriol teacher for a while when I finally found Lizane from Myrtle school. After a few unsuccesful attempts and being stood up by several teachers from other schools, I was a bit discouraged. But from the get go, Lizane was the nicest and most professional, always punctual and well prepared. I have now been studying with Lizane for 4 months and I feel I am progressing fast. Lizane is always available and generous with her time. I couldn’t recommend her school more.

Para terminar o ano letivo em grande, os alunos da turma de teatro da Myrtle interpretaram os diferentes personagens de Alice no país das maravilhas de uma forma fantástica e divertida.
